**Customer Support Advisor**

**Please note - this is an office based role and we do not offer remote/hybrid working or sponsorship for this position**

**Salary**:£25,000

**Location**: Witan Gate, Milton Keynes MK9 1EJ (approx. 10-minute walk from the train station)

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm

**Job Purpose**

We are seeking a 1st Line **Customer Support Advisor** to support our telematics product, servicing B2B customers by gathering information on issues and identifying & resolving common faults first time.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Using a ticket system to log, diagnose and feedback issues.
- Identify and escalate opportunities to improve operative performance, and process improvement.
- Support technicians on site with problem solving and OTA configurations.
- Reporting key operational metrics to the senior management team.

**What do we expect of you?**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good organisation and ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Good standard of literacy in written English.
- Telematics experience would be advantageous.
