Sheffield, United Kingdom Student Roost Full time

**Full-Time Caretaker - Sheffield**

Our Caretakers work on a rota working 5 out 7 days a week between Monday Sunday 37.5 hours per week

Were already a team made up of really great people and were a business who will endeavour always to do the right thing, in the right way truly putting students experience, welfare and safety at the top of our agenda.

Weve all heard if you build it they will come; we believe if you build it right, they will stay: that goes for both our customers and our people. We want to be a stable, welcoming and safe backdrop to our customers entire time at University, giving them one less thing to worry about. And for our people, we all spend more time at work than we do with our loved ones, we think its only right that you do that in an organisation, environment and a team that you love being a part of.

Our Caretakers do just that take care; in fact, they take great care of our grounds, properties and our customers homes. Our properties are our shop windows and the Caretaker role is responsible for ensuring weve got the best window display in town. Our teams dont ever walk past a problem and this is particularly important for our Caretakers, who ensure our properties are inviting, well maintained and safe.
