Lanes Group are looking to recruit an Operations Supervisor to join them as Non-Civils Lead on their partnership with Customer Solutions Plus, working with Severn Trent Water.

**About the Role**:
The Non-Civils Lead is responsible for the planning and organisation of the engineer response team activities, carrying out Health & Safety audits on site, ensuring your team have the correct equipment and information to complete all works safely and efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale. You will be jointly responsible for your counties service delivery, health and safety, transport compliance, quality of works, productivity, and cost control.

You will have responsibility for company vehicles and plant within the contract, making sure they are calibrated and serviced correctly with the support of their transport function.

You will be required to support engineers out in the field with any delivery issues and any incident management. You will also be required to support the wider contract management and supervisors including attending weekly comm cells, completing crew stand downs and

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously held a supervisory position having managed a team of more than 15+ field-based engineers or someone who is looking to take a step up from experienced Team leader to Supervisor and are looking to progress you career. This is predominantly an office-based role however a company van is provided to enable you to work on various sites as and when required.

**About You**:

- You must also have excellent IT skill with the ability to use all Microsoft packages.
- Previous drainage / utilities experience and experience of liaising and supervising a team
- Ability to communicate well with both field based engineers and office based staff effectively
- Flexibility in your approach to the role
- A full driving licence is required with no more than 6 penalty points
