Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed **Billing and Validation Administrator** to join our Billing and Validation team in Wednesbury.

- Required: _
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages incl Excel, Word and databases.

- Experience in invoicing or a customer service environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of telecommunications, or business & civils engineering, is desirable.
**_What will you be doing?_**
As a **Billing and Validation Administrator**, your core responsibilities will be
- **Validation duties**:
- Uploading, validating and quality checking orders received from customers within set SLA’s.
- Referring jobs back to the customer.
- Answering internal & external stakeholders with job queries proactively.
- Daily updates of Force - our clients’ database system.
- Responsible for the Emergency Response Service (ERS) phone within working hours.
**Billing duties**:
- Validating drawings on job packs, ‘as-builts’ and supplier invoices.
- Uploading documents and processes onto EOS database.
- Responsible for storing backup information correctly on the system.
- Exceptions payments, reporting, and dealing with Deviation from Estimates (DFE’s).
- Control of work in progress, ensuring sales targets are met, and any other duties with the accountabilities of the post.
