**Job Title**: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner / Room Leader
**Location**: Huyton, Knowsley

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: £24,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support a team of early years staff to deliver outstanding care and education
- Create and maintain a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support and monitor the progress of children, including those with SEN
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments, EHCPs, and reviews as required
- Promote safeguarding and ensure welfare requirements are met at all times

**Essential Requirements**:

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an early years setting
- Proven experience working with children with SEN and a good understanding of inclusive practice
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passionate, nurturing, and committed to delivering high-quality childcare
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)

**Desirable**:

- SENCO training or relevant SEN experience/certification
- Paediatric First Aid certification
