**Motor Claims Handler**

**Company Description**:
Progress Vehicle Management is seeking a highly motivated Motor Claims Handler to join our dynamic Claims Team. As a leader in the industry, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and efficient claims processing. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and processing motor insurance claims from initial contact to settlement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a caseload of motor insurance claims from initial notification to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assess claim validity, review policy coverage, and investigate claim details to determine liability and settlement options.
- Communicate with clients, third-party claimants, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Liaise with insurance brokers, repairers, and other service providers to facilitate vehicle inspections, repairs, and settlements.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements while handling claims.
- Maintain accurate claims records, document all activities and correspondence, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Handle complex claims situations with professionalism, tact, and empathy.
- Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate suspicious claims to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and legal, to resolve complex claim issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to motor claims.

- No experience required
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with claims management software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical behaviour.

Mon - Fri 8.30 - 17.30

Sat (one in (x) rota based) 8.30 - 13.00

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
