Receptionist/administrator

Our client, a well established construction business has an urgent requirement for an **Office Administrator/Receptionist** to join their team.
Reporting to the office manager you will be responsible for:
- General Reception and admin support
- Assisting the Purchasing Manager and Office manager to deliver a smooth service to their clients
- Document control
- Assisting accounts office
Other duties will include:
- Answering main phone line and transferring calls
- Managing reception area
- Scanning drawings
- Taking new enquiries
- Managing repairs department
- Creating signing in sheets
- Booking hotels
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required
Previous experience within a construction environment is essential.
Hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary £22-24,000 pa
