**Vacancy Title:Workshop Manager (Endoscopy) - Essex**

**Role Description**:As an endoscopy Workshop Manager you will be responsible for all the management of endoscopy repair operations, stock control, encompassing minor and major repair, incoming & final inspection, and sub assembly. You will alsobe responsible for all operational KPI's and that they are met, and all our resources are used to establish the needs of our customers and the wider business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling repair workshop operations
- Using resources to hit KPI's and targets
- Internal and external KPI's
- Using your own initiative to maximise performance
- Cost down in initiatives
- Competencies/Improvements
- Staff technical skills
- Improve waste reduction
- Increase technician and workshop productivity
- Monitor and assure operations always conform to BSI quality standards
- To manage and mentor staff - provide objectives and performance mentoring
- Collaborate with other departments e.g Service Engineering, Finance, and procurement
- Provide support with business development personal and activates

Also, your manager will schedule and act as a chairperson for monthly endoscopy service operations quality meetings. Attend customer review meetings, assist field support specialists, account managers, and undertake the management of customer dissatisfaction/ complaints Development and periodic review of departmental BPMN documentation Carry out appraisals, set objectives and monitor staff performance Capability profile Qualifications Essential Desirable
