**Supply Chain Administrator**

Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position

Supply Chain Assistant - Sheffield

Salary - £23K per annum

Hours - 39 hours per week

**The Role**

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient material flows into, within and out of the company. This encompasses responsibility for processes including production planning, material flow planning, warehousing and logistics & transportation.

**Purpose of the job**

To effectively assist in the Supply Chain Department.

Accountabilities

Assist in the operation of the Material Replenishment System to assist with Purchasing and Transformation orders

Control and issue Supply Chain Documentation, i.e. test certificates, delivery notes etc.

Work with the Supply Chain Team to ensure that all targets are met and service to customers is maintained

Providing holiday cover within all areas of Supply Chain

**Shared Accountabilities**

Administration tasks as required by the Supply Chain department

Maintain Baan system i.e. creations of dimsets set up and maintain customers MPS etc.
