On Site Rep

**OBJECTIVE OF ROLE**

Reporting into External Operations Manager EMEAI, this is a logistics controller’s role with the main responsibilities being to receive and issue fasteners, chemicals, paints and freezer material, whilst building relationships and opportunities for growth, and ensuring agreed service levels are met and exceeded when appropriate. You will be required to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the Direct Line Feed, liaising with both internal and external Customer, Procurement and Quality employees when required.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing stock levels to ensure stock availability
- Running Weekly Time ex report.
- Complete Collins variance sheets for time ex materials
- Complete Collins variance forms for missing stock and extras
- Do a full stock investigation on missing materials after weekly stock check including any reconciliation
- Goods receipt of all products on SAP
- Assist when applicable with monthly KPI reports
- Highlight to program administrator variations in usages reviewing reasons for variances and address with customer accordingly.
- Managing customer relationships by acting as the on-site _Boeing Distribution Services contact_
- Dealing with internal and external queries/complaints
- Respond and negotiate to manage shortages and customer enquires when applicable
- Aid with sales analysis / forecasting and setting of targets
- Attending monthly business reviews when required
- Any other requests from External Operations Manager or Program Administrator
- To comply with Boeing Distribution Services mission, values, quality systems, procedures and ISO manual
- To keep the External Operations Manager and Program Administrator informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areas.
- To keep the External Operations Manager and Program Administrator informed and updated in general
- To participate in project groups in Boeing Distribution Services including Monthly team Roundtables reporting on any highs and lows, warehouse issues, training requirements, new business opportunities and health and safety issues
- To identify and offer suggestions to improve efficiency
- Comment/advise on undesirable conditions within the organisation, and propose potential solutions for improvements
- To participate in occupational safety and health effort, completion of quarterly self-assessed risk assessments to be displayed and held centrally.

**EXPERIENCE**

Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience within a similar environment
