**About The Role**:
At OCS, our cleaners play an important part in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.

You will be working Monday to Friday, on a permanent full-time basis, 17:00 to 20:00, 15 hours per week.

**You’ll also**:

- The housekeeper is responsible but not limited to maintaining the cleanliness of the atrium, café, restaurant, lift lobby areas, lifts, toilets, all meeting rooms, office areas, bin store and all back of house areas.
- The housekeeper to cover our evening shift to help reset the office space after staff have left.
- Ensure cleanliness of entire atrium area, dusting vacuuming and furniture placement.
- Remove rubbish and vacuum carpets in office areas, meeting rooms and stairwells
- Practice safety standards at all times. RAMS and COSHH understood and followed.
- Any maintenance issues to be reported to supervisor, helpdesk or maintenance team.
- To pass on all information relevant to business to supervisor e.g., maintenance issues, special requirements and requests from client etc.
- Undertake other duties, which may be allocated from time to time as requested by your supervisor or manager.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need**:

- DBS Checked (carried out by IFM)
- Understands written and spoken English
- BICS
- Previous experience as a cleaner
