We're looking for trainee landscape operatives to help expand our growing business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carrying out all hands-on soft landscaping tasks, including turfing, soil work, planting, mulching, pruning, hedging, tree work, site tidying, and cleaning
- Ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards on commercial sites across the North East
- Looking for ways to improve operational methods and maintain industry-leading standards
- Supporting your team to deliver outstanding results every day

**Essential Qualifications/Experience**
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to top-quality work.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to carry out tasks requiring physical fitness, including manual handling.
- A valid CSCS Card or evidence that it is being obtained.
- A full UK driving licence and transport to our Northallerton-based yard.

**Desired Qualifications/Experience**
- Experience in soft landscaping or a similar role

- £12.24 per hour

**Schedule**
- 8-hour shift
- 7.30am-4pm

**Supplemental Pay Types**
- Yearly bonus

Pay: £22,880.00-£25,500.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
