**About This Role**:
We are looking for an administrator to join the team at the Maidstone PET-CT Centre

Experience within a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential. The role will involve being in a front of house position, meeting and greeting patients and answering queries that come into the unit from both referring teams and patients.

Appropriate training will be given for the role along with support from other administration staff within the unit.
- Good IT experience e.g Microsoft
- Good communication skills and team working experience
- Show awareness of confidentiality being in a healthcare setting
- Ability to stay calm in a challenging situation

The unit which opened in 2017, has a high volume of patients that come through the unit and a high volume of referrals which we must deal with. The team there are flexible, dynamic, friendly and work well together which is key.

The role involves workin 8 hour shifts over 5 days.

**Skills**:

- Patient care experience/skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills including time management
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Ability to be innovative and forward thinking, troubleshooting and problem solving
- Strong on attention to detail

**Experience**:

- Must be IT literate
- Able to work well under pressure both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to support with both clinical and administrative duties
