The Trust is seeking a dynamic, flexible and highly motivated individual to fill the post of Head of Business Operations.

It is a truly unique role which supports all services across the Trust and comes at an exciting time as we move forward with the next phase of organisational redesign and population health management approach to delivering services.

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer, you will work as part of a supportive leadership team and have overall responsibility for operational business leadership within WCHC. You will act as a single point of contact for all operational business targets and planning and will lead on operational performance and reporting at local and regional level in partnership with the Deputy Chief Operating Officer.

**Overall responsibility for**:

- operational business leadership across localities and system teams
- operational business functions - project, innovation, forecasting, data
- overall responsibility for operational financial planning, CIP, including impact and risk, reducing costs and inefficiencies, and achieving better performance
- act as a single point of contact for all operational business targets and planning
