**DevOps Lead**

An exciting and exclusive opportunity to lead and manage the activities of the DevOps team for a financial services company, looking to become the first choice and household name for financial services by 2030.

**Key responsibilities**

The DevOps lead will be responsible for the following:

- Providing leadership and mentoring for members of the development function, leading by example in a professional manner at all times.
- Managing development team member's project and work allocations.
- Responsible for the automation and Configuration Management of servers and platforms
- Attend relevant agile ceremonies, reviews and workshops organised by stakeholders, and provide feedback on requirements and project documentation.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Working with other Leads to drive best practice within the Group IT function; ensuring all procedures and documentation are reviewed and updated.
