**Nights Warehouse Section Leader**

We are currently recruiting for Nights Warehouse Section Leader roles to join our amazing team in Shirebrook, Mansfield to work with one of the UK's biggest and best known British retail groups.

**As a Nights Warehouse Section Leader you will need to have**:

- Proven supervisory or team leader experience, or passion and ambition to lead people
- Availability to train and coach others
- Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business
- Resilient, flexible and approachable
- Results-focused and able to work under pressure
- Effective communicator and listener
- Strong decision-maker

Hours of work:

- Night:

- 9:15pm-6:15m
- Rota applied accordingly - 4on / 2 off
- Access to the Everlast Staff Gym for only £10 per month
- Location: Distribution Centre, Shirebrook, Mansfield NG20 8RY

**Role of Nights Warehouse Section Leader**:

- Direct communication line between the Associate and Supervisor Team
- Delegation of task and deployment of Associate, whilst ensuring that the task are completed accurately and on time
- Supporting the Supervisor and Section Manager(s) to drive in full performance on key metrics and delivery to plan.
- Driving the highest standard of safety, promoting and encouraging safety routines/procedures of Associates
- Managing your team in line with all company policies and procedures
- Promoting, engaging and actively participating in Warehouse improvement activities
- Carry out necessary administrative tasks such as preparing daily reports regarding the targets and performance of their department
