**Team Leader - Lead the Way with URBAN in Bristol**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and coach a dedicated team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Manage store operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Oversee sales accuracy and contribute to creating a fantastic customer experience.
- Support the Manager by stepping in when needed and handling various HR tasks.
- Drive the introduction of new products and services, and engage with the local community.
- Take advantage of our _full internal training program_ by developing through it and helping develop others through it

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,775.00-£28,286.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
