Assistant Store Manager

You will hold overall responsibility for every aspect of running the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You will manage and motivate the sales team, deliver sales, achieve KPI's and provide outstanding customer service.

- Be responsible for ensuring all process is followed correctly and that communication with Head Office is timely and appropriate.
- Support the Store Manager in building and developing a strong team with succession potential by providing necessary training. You will report directly to the Store Manager.
