We are looking for a dynamic character to be our new Food & Beverage Supervisor that can put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. Using your creative nature & personality, you will support the F&B team & lead by example to drive their performance in delivering excellent customer service in all interactions, & profitability through driving sales & minimising wastage.

**Responsibilities of an F&B Supervisor**:

- Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers.
- Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines.
- Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly.
- Supervising day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members
- Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals - making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction

**The experience & qualifications required are**:

- Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory/team leader position
- Attentive, professional customer service skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team
- Experience of processing payments (ideally on Micros) would be advantageous
