We operate throughout the UK in NHS hospitals, offering ladies fashion, accessories, and gifts.

The service we offer in NHS hospitals is completely unique - retail therapy in the true sense of the word - providing a welcome relief, and a slice of normality in what can often be a stressful environment.

**Job description**

We are looking for a part-time Retail Assistant to work in our store located in Oxford Hospital.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:
*Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

*Providing a fitting room service for customers

*Processing transactions through the till system

*Replenishing of stock and cleaning

*Previous retail experience

*Excellent communication skills

*The ability to show professional customer service skills/experience

*The ability to be comfortable with lone working

*Flexibility is required to cover staff holidays and sickness

**The benefits**: Our benefits package includes on-going staff training, 28 days annual leave pro-rata (inclusive of Bank Holidays), 30% staff discount and a monthly uniform allowance to spend on our clothing

Working hours - 14 hours per week plus weekend work on a rotational basis of 1 in 3 Saturday’s.
