**Do you want to make a difference to peoples' lives?** **Are you new to care and looking for a rewarding and diverse new career?** We are running a new programme to support staff who are "New to care" to help support you into the healthcare working environment. You will receive a 3 week Virtual Induction to support you to complete necessary training and to discuss the values of the Trust and how these help us support the people utilising our services. You will then have a 5 week clinical placement. To help you thrive in your new role you will be supported by designated Pastoral support staff, and a buddy in the clinical area. This then leads to a substantive post where pastoral support can continue for another 4 months. This could be just the start of your NHS career.
