**Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator (Permanent, Full-time)**
**Location: North West London, NW2**
**Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum**
**Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm + 1-hour lunch break**

As part of our commitment to innovation, they seek a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. Initially working solo due to maternity leave, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure a seamless and personal guest journey.
- Welcome and escort guests within the building.
- Respond to guest requests efficiently and in a friendly manner.
- Handle general administration duties and customer queries promptly.
- Support customers with returns and complaints.
- Manage external and internal calls professionally.
- Accurately book meeting rooms and handle food and beverage requirements.
- Liaise with departments for efficient communication and excellent guest experiences.
You will have

- Immaculate presentation, high organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
- Passion for achieving excellent guest service.
- Ability to work well under pressure, acting proactively and intuitively.
