We are looking to recruit an Epicor/KIPP Administrator who will support and assist the current Epicor Supervisor with the day-to-day upkeeping and running of the Epicor system.

This would suit someone with advance IT skills, with an interest in developing specialist knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with finding solutions to solve Epicor and KIPP related problems.
- Develop an in-depth understanding and knowledge of KIPP and Epicor links and the Epicor order and job “lifecycle”.
- Work together with Production Release Team.
- Create work instructions and Technical Reference Guides for KIPP.
- Create new users in Epicor and KIPP.
- Daily and weekly administration tasks regarding EPICOR
- Assist production with the “Production Sweep up dashboards”.
- Occasionally bulk Epicor update with DMT.

Essential Skills:

- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic Microsoft Access, Database knowledge

Desirable skills
- Knowledge of any programming language on any level
- Advanced IT knowledge
- Designing Skills

Full Training will be provided.

- Working hours 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
- Leave one hour earlier than your contracted finish time every Friday (will be paid)
