As part of our ongoing objective of developing and enhancing our customer service offering, we are now seeking to add a new position of **Customer Service Support** to our existing Customer Service team. This role will be based at our well-appointed UK head offices in **Uxbridge (UB8 1DH)**.
In this role as Customer Service Support, you'll providing internal support for our Customer Service Representatives, who are our first line of contact with customers on all service-related issues. This role will be fast-paced and varied, and afford you the opportunity to develop your own customer-facing skills, as well as working with other departments nationally as well as internationally across the Danfoss business.
**Responsibilities**:
As Customer Service Support, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day support to Customer Service colleagues.
- Providing phone support as required.
- Proactively managing our Service tool, categorising cases and managing the “frontline” queues.
- Creating contacts in Service Cloud and managing/cleansing data.
- Maintaining and cleansing data in SAP.
- Monitoring our order checking process, and contacting customers regarding any discrepancies with their orders as required.
- Ensuring all information provided to customers is accurate, including consideration of any special requirements.
- Ensuring a high level accuracy of work across the department.
- Basic order handling.
**Background & Skills**:
To succeed in this role as Customer Service Support, you'll demonstrate:
- Experience working within an administrative or support role, ideally from within a customer service or similar function.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and a “can-do” approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
- Strong numeracy and communication skills.
- Flexible approach with an open-minded approach to their daily tasks.
- An ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Excellent team player willing to work collaboratively to achieve results.
- Knowledge of working with SAP or similar ERP system would be advantageous but is not neccessary; full training and support will be provided.
- Finally you'll be a team player who believes that pulling in the same direction is of benefit to the entire organization.
