We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to £13.50 per hour

This is working Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am, Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm and Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am

We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.

**On top of your salary you can** **earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).**

You can buy up to 5 additional holidays after 3 years' service, cycle to work scheme, complimentary use of the golf courses and driving range, discounts in food & beverage outlets, bedrooms, Spa and Holiday Park.

Rudding Park offers Live in Accommodation to help get you settled into your role. We also support finding alternative living accommodation in the local area.

If you do live out, we offer a Taxi Policy and contribute towards your taxi to and from work outside of the designated bus times Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday.

**About the Role**
- Be responsible for Health and Safety as an individual and also to work colleagues, guests and the business, reporting concerns through the Health and Safety processes and procedures.
- Ensure continuous professional development of self, including attending required training courses and seeking means of developing within the business
- Promote continuous improvement in the level of quality and guest care provided by the business and make proposals/suggestions where applicable
- Respect colleagues and the working environment at all times.
- Ensure high standard of dress and self-presentation within the working environment
- Undertake any other duties commensurate within the position for which you are qualified.

**About You**
- Working as part of the team and been flexible to the needs of the business
- Maintain kitchen hygiene standard at all times
- Following all health & safety / COSHH protocol.
- Taking direction from the chefs to do cleaning and basic food preparation jobs
- Ensuring opening & closing checklists are complete to ensure the kitchen is always ready for the next shift
- Do all the above whilst following the core values of Rudding Park
