Potensis Selection are working well renowned, high end developer who have a reputation for delivering high quality homes in prime locations. Due to a reorganisation of their current regions they are now looking for Land Director.
This region is built to deliver. They have an existing land and planning team that is well resourced and my client’s product is extremely well received, especially in their chosen locations.
They are looking for either an experienced Land Director or someone who has the experience needed to step into a Land Director role. It will be heavily focussed on the identification, negotiation and purchase of new sites and managing these sites throughthe development process.
In return my client is offering:
- Market leading basic salary (that’s open to negotiation)
