**Title - Retail Security Officer**

**Pay Rate - £14.00 PH**

**Location - Sherborne**

**Shift Timings - Full time, Tuesday - Saturday, 12:00 - 21:00, 45 hours a week**

**Breaks - unpaid**

**Your main responsibilities may include**:

- Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
- Follow ASCONE
- Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the retail store.
- Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
- Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.
- Provide exceptional customer service.

**To succeed in this role, you will need the following**:

- Minimum of 6 months’ experience is security is a must. Ideally being in retail is preferred, however not essential.
- SIA License.
- Be confident, outgoing, friendly, and willing to learn.
- 5-year checkable work/career history.
- Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
- Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
- Possess the ability to work under pressure.
