Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities:
You will provide high-level operational and project management support to the Marketing Manager and wider team, ensuring campaigns, events, and marketing activity run smoothly and on time.

You'll combine your marketing know-how with your excellent organisational skills, helping the team work more efficiently, stay on top of tasks, and deliver high-quality campaigns.

**You will be responsible for**:

- **
Keeping projects on track** - Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating campaigns, content, and events using tools like ClickUp, and help the team stay organised and on schedule.
- ** Owning the detail** - From finance admin (like POs and invoices) to CRM data and reporting, you’ll help keep everything accurate and up to date.
- ** Coordinating events and exhibitions** - Manage logistics, suppliers, and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day and beyond.
- ** Being the team’s go-to** - Help with inboxes, diary coordination, and making sure processes are followed, so the team can focus on delivery.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- Proven experience in a B2B marketing executive or senior marketing support role.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with finance admin, CRM data, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills - comfortable liaising across teams and suppliers.
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently to solve problems and keep projects moving.

**To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have**:

- Experience managing events, exhibitions, or logistics-heavy projects.
- Good understanding of marketing performance metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards).
- Familiarity with budgeting processes, raising POs, and supplier onboarding.
- Ability to learn quickly and help others adopt new tools and processes.
