JOB ROLE**: Part Time Office Assistant - 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday**

**MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.**
COMPANY**: Premier League Football Club - Corporate Office**
HOURS**: Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-4pm**
SALARY**: £15hr**
LOCATION**: London
- West End**
**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- Setting up meeting rooms, and clearing meeting rooms
- Liaising with the building reception over external visitors
- Offering drinks to external visitors
- Restocking stationary, gifts, fridges etc
- liaising with internal and external suppliers over office issues - i.e., tech, light needing replacing etc.
- Acting as the internal point of contact for day to day when colleagues are in the office to help with any office related queries
- Assisting with stock room management
- Report to Operations Manager

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- Basic knowledge of microsoft packages
- Confident, well-spoken and strong communication both written & verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good time management.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues in an appropriate and confidential manner.
- Able to work effectively under pressure & unsupervised.
