They're are seeking a dynamic and polished Receptionist to join the team and serve as the first point of contact for their valued clients.

Key responsibilities for this luxury furniture receptionist position are:

- Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assisting clients with inquiries and providing information about our furniture collections.
- Managing incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintaining a neat and organised reception area.
- Handling appointment scheduling and managing client appointments.
- Collaborating with our team of 12 designers to address technical queries from clients.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Assisting with data entry and basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for the showroom team.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience in a furniture design or showroom environment.
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 10am to 6pm.
