**The Role**

As a Sales Co-ordinator you will:

- Support the Commercial & Brand Teams to analyse business data and information.
- Identify new leads, screen potential business opportunities, and select deals in line with the wider commercial strategy.
- Develop internal business cases for suitability of identified leads.
- Administer and update Commercial software platforms and tools (e.g., business intelligence tools and CRM software) to maximise benefit for the Commercial Team.
- Support in the development of draft proposals and presentations to support the work of our Commercial Team.
- Support our Brand team, where required, on marketing activities.
- Provide, as required, administrative assistance to the wider Commercial team.
- Report on commercial metrics against set targets.
- Make recommendations on how we can continually improve our processes and systems.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.

**Requirements**:
**Experience & Qualifications required
- Successful track record in B2B sales support and administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working experience with identifying commercial opportunities.
- Proficiency with data research and analysis.
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
- Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment, which includes discussions around creative reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from fellow team members and customers.

**Desirable Attributes**
- Experience with CRM software.
- Ability to deliver presentations.
- High level of ownership of delegated Commercial processes.
- Knowledge in the Sustainability/ESG/Net Zero/Energy sectors.
