Automower Trainer

In this role, you will develop and execute our Automower training and certification program - and then roll out the training program to our dealers and partners.

In the role as our new Automower Trainer, you will:
Develop and execute the Automower training program
- Take ownership of the local Automower trainings
- Analyse training need and current training gap from your local market - outside-in perspective
- Develop & coordinate training roadmap (first priority, next steps etc.) with relevant stakeholders
- Define future structure of training need (format, template, Online/ILT) and align with the Global and other local Automower Trainer(s)
- Close alignment with local After Sales and Sales colleagues about improvement activities
- Securing that the local training platform is always up-to-date concerning AM content

Training execution
- Frequently organise training events for dealers. Face-to-face as well as remote sessions
- Training topics include: Product knowledge, Sales techniques, Installations, Maintenance and repair, Troubleshooting
- Analyse the different skill level of the dealers and assign different training programs per skill level (new beginner, refresher, specialist)
- Establish a feed-back loop with Global and other local Trainers, to capture local best practice
- Visit dealers frequently to identify their daily challenges and training needs
- Adapt the training content and execution fast, when new topic & challenges occur
