**OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

The role of the Kitchen Sales Consultant is to increase sales in our kitchen department. The purpose of this position is to provide kitchen designs visits and after sales service. It will also involve sales assistance and quotations to customer’s specification.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Pro-actively achieving sales targets.
- Point of contact within HHI for Customer Sales Support & maintain excellent customer service.
- Survey & Provide kitchen designs and quotations from our showroom and the customers property.
- Provide full Kitchen Refurbishment estimates to customers.
- Preparing 3D AutoCAD drawings and elevations.
- Managing any design and sales queries during installation.
- Develop strong customer relations with clients.
- Providing 1st Class customer service and aftersales service to all HHI Customers.
- Maintaining high level of Health and Safety standards at all the time.
- Provide Sales support to external staff.
- Working closely with the HHI Kitchen Centre before, during and after kitchen installations.
- Filling and general administration duties as required.
- Upkeep and cleanliness of the HHI Showroom, including responsibility for Health & Safety in line with legislation.

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Sales experience in any previous role is preferred but not necessary. If you have an outgoing personality and are willing to learn, HHI will provide full training.
- In-house Kitchen Sales & Design Training will be provided.
- ArtiCad or CAD Design Software will be provided.
- Excellent IT Skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
- Full, clean driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
