Its a large service - 120+ beds, although, its important to point out that within the management team there is also a Care Manager, Residential Manager, two Admins & two Receptionists to support, who all support the Home Manager. There is also a really supportive regional team, including a Regional Operations Director, Regional Quality Improvement Manager, a Regional Trainer and Regional Admin Manager. **Essentials** - Its important that you are are an experienced Home Manager, with residential, nursing and dementia elderly care background - Your background in home management will involve managing a large home, previously or currently.
