Yard Worker

Based at our depot in Romford, Essex located less than 5 minutes from Romford Train Station. Here’s a quick overview of some of the things the role entails**:

- Managing the operations in the yard so that the day-to-day running of the yard runs smoothly
- Supporting with loading and unloading our vehicles
- Assisting customers with loading and unloading of their vehicles.
- Being responsible for goods inwards/outwards and documentation
- Looking after stock, noting any faulty/damaged goods, low stock levels and reporting these.
- Washing, cleaning and Preparation of equipment returned from hire
- Yard security (within working hours)
- Cleanliness of service yard and workshop
- Organisation of Warehouse & Yard
- Workshop floor cleaning
- Hire assets located in correct storage holding areas within service yard
- Relief driving as required.

Hours are 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday

Tool Hire experience preferred but not essential.
