Salary - £16 per hour employed/ will also consider self-employed for price work

Hours of work - Monday
- Friday 8am - 4pm

Location - Wakefield and Leeds

**The role**

Completing 5 yearly electrical tests on social housing void and tenanted properties in and around Wakefield and Leeds. Carrying out condition reports and rectifying faults as part of testing.

**Qualifications and experience required.**
- 17th/18th edition
- Full Electrical College Qualifications i: e NVQ Level 3 and AM2
- CSCS/ECS/JIB card (can be acquired)
- Asbestos awareness (can be acquired)
- Testing & Inspection Qualification
- Must have experience in domestic installation, social housing experience is essential.
