**Senior Care Assistant (Day Shift)**

We are looking for a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team at Elizabeth House.

Ideally, you will have an SVQ /NVQ Diploma 3 in Health & Social Care or above, or a willingness to work towards this qualification. You will also be supported to undertake further training to fulfil SSSC requirements of registration.

You will be required to supervise and support a small team of care staff and administer administration.

**SKILLS KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS**

Required:

- SVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent qualification) _or _a willingness to work towards this qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Health and Social Care
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Accurate and timely administration skills
- **This is a permanent full-time post, on average 42 hours per week which includes one weekend in every 2. Hourly rate is £14.00 per hour.**_

Elizabeth House is a family run 17-bed care home based in Dysart, Kirkcaldy. We have undertaken a significant refurbishment of the Home over the past few years and continue to make improvements to the interior and outside garden areas to allow us to provide our residents with exceptional care. As a close-knit team, we are looking for someone who can join us and help support our residents to live as meaningful and fulfilling lives as possible. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 44 per week
