**About the role**

Reporting to the Chairman’s PA, you will provide a high level of secretarial support to the PA and Chairman himself.

Main duties (but not limited to)
- Provide administrative support with extensive use of all Microsoft Office Packages.
- Diary management in MS Outlook, preparing appointment sheets daily.
- Ensure Purchase Orders are raised for all work arranged by the Chairman.
- Provide secretarial support to Senior Management Team as and when required.
- Control the Chairman’s direct report holiday requests and appraisals.
- Ensure all filing is complete and up to date.
- Provide holiday cover for the Chairman’s PA.

**About You**
- Previous working experience within a similar role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels of seniority.
- Excellent time management skills
- Advanced IT skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
