Visitor Experience Host

We are currently looking for Visitor Experience Hosts to come and join the team at:
Dinosaur Escape Adventure Golf. An educational Adventure Golf journey, where Jurassic giants prowl amongst jungle vegetation and 18-hole’s of jaw-dropping Adventure Golf action.

We are all about creating an exciting Adventure Golf experience the whole family can enjoy and are looking for charismatic and energetic Front of House Hosts to engage with our visitors and really bring our Adventure Golfing expedition to life

Engaging with our visitors to ensure they have a fun and memorable experience, you will deliver the highest possible standards of service, presentation, and possess excellent product knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enthusiastic and passionate approach to service, delivering on company brand standards at every opportunity and actively engaging with visitors in a fun and exciting way
- Surprise, delight and go the extra mile to guarantee our visitors will want to return
- Recognise our regular visitors and celebrate them with our policy of random gestures of kindness
- Anticipate the needs of our visitors and exceed expectations on all fronts
- Contribute to maintaining and exceeding sales and mystery visit targets
- Ensure front of house areas are always fully stocked, displays are presentable and point of sale up-to-date
- Contribute to maintaining and exceeding sales and mystery visit targets
- Use of EPOS systems and cashing up procedures
- Ensure brand standards, health & safety, cash and security procedures are adhered to at all times
- Support the Adventure Golf Manager and Team Leader and in particular front of house duties and maintaining brand standards
- Open and close duties as required
- Ensure queues are managed efficiently and our visitors are kept entertained and fully informed
- Meet and greet every visitor in a genuine, warm and friendly manner. Be yourself, nobody wants to deal with a robot Ensure hygiene standards are maintained to high standards and ensure our customers are adhering to social distancing measures
Promote our 10-point safety plan and adopt a friendly but firm approach to ensuring our customers are aware of and adhere to the measures set-out
- Wear a themed costume when required to interact with families playing Adventure Golf and make appearances at children’s birthday parties

About You

We are looking for individuals who possess:

- Experience in working in a front of house role in retail, hospitality or leisure environment is essential
- Boundless amounts of fun energy
- Outgoing, vibrant and friendly personality
- Natural flair for delivering exceptional service
- Calm approach under pressure, polite and efficient
- Positive can do attitude to overcoming challenges
- Practical hands on approach and happy to spend some time outdoors on the Adventure Golf course
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, public school holidays, bank holidays and special events

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
