We are looking for a hard-working, reliable and vigilant security guard for this position.

**Job description**:

- Patrol car park area.
- Provide customer service at the entrance.
- Ensure the safety and security of the building.
- Do patrols around the building.
- Ability to confidently de-escalate and resolve difficult conflict situations when required
- Follow instructions and procedures appropriately and with diligence.
- Work in a systematic, methodical, and orderly way.
- Always remain vigilant. Report incidents to supervisors and management when required.
- Additional tasks as required.

**Skills and personal qualities**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, must aim to be at least 15 minutes before
- Polite and courteous manner
- A calm, assertive manner, to defuse potential conflict situations
- Good observation skills, remaining alert to any potential issues

**Requirements**:

- Security experience is required
- A valid SIA Licence is mandatory
- Safeguarding children training is mandatory
- DBS is mandatory
