Our client is currently looking for a creative Digital Communications Specialist to join their close-knit team and accelerate, optimise, innovate, and synergise the digital marketing output for the Worktop category across the UK.

**The company**

Our client is a global manufacturing and distribution company who completes commercial and residential projects all over the world. They focus on surfaces and laminates used for furniture, office and retail space, countertops, and worktops. They sell theirproducts through a network of company-owned independent distributors across the UK, North America and internationally.

**The role**

As a Digital Communication Specialist, you will deliver innovative marketing activities and PR for the domestic residential market including, internet sites, social media, apps, digital assets, and any further digital tools.
- Other responsibilities include:_
- Developing a digital media communication strategy and deploying it
- Articulating the strategy and its implementation with an internal and external audience
- Animating the social media content by creating an editorial plan
- Proposing innovative digital solutions to enhance convenience for customers and users
- Purchasing department suppliers
- Monitoring information on competitor activities
- Optimising the spent and usage of the budgets

**The requirements**
- You will have 2-5 years of experience working in communication preferably of consumer products, as well as_
- Digital communication experience
- Structured approach to work
- A winning spirit
- Proven track record of creative solutions
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills
- Knowledge of different media production technologies
- Proficient computer literacy skills (including MS Office)
- English native speaker (additional languages such as French/German are a plus)
