We are looking for someone with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. No previous experience or qualifications are required.

This is an interesting but demanding role which requires you to:

- Take ownership and responsibility of debt recovery cases
- Research and analyse cases to decide the best course of action
- Produce and check outgoing letters and documents
- Engage with our collectors to find constructive solutions
- Deliver tangible results within agreed timeframes
- Adhere to regulatory requirements to ensure that collections are maximised but within compliant framework
- Actively contribute to team and routine case review meetings
- General administrative duties

The team consists of 39 colleagues within a variety of specialisms (Collections, Hardship, Deceased, Insolvency, Compliance, Administration, etc). **Robert Thompson** and**Graham Wallis** lead the Collections & Recoveries Team, but you will be expected to work with all of your colleagues, as well as independently, dealing with a range of interesting work.
