- Prosper is a complete service design and architecture
agency specialising in retail & hospitality experiences.
We are looking to grow our retail architecture team
with the addition of an experienced Job Runner.
As a business we offer an ‘all in’ design service spanning
interior design, graphics & branding, architectural
concept & delivery and project management.
We have a deep understanding of the retail sector
and our clients range from start up businesses to
established high street brands and Landlords with
multiple scheme portfolios.

THE ROLE
- The Creative Director provides the creative vision of the
Prosper brand, setting high standards for positioning and
presenting Prosper.
As part of the senior leadership team, the Creative
Director sets and delivers Prosper’s strategic objectives
and growth plans.
As part of the senior leadership team, the Creative
Director sets and delivers financial forecasts and closely
monitors performance.
The Creative Director leads the design team, overseeing
the creative process and work produced. This involves
assisting each member of the creative team, directing the
brainstorming of innovative ways to respond to the brief,
formulating the design strategy and responses to briefs
as well as providing feedback to the design team as they
develop and complete their design work.
The Creative Director will lead with opportunities for
developing new business and contribute to the company’s
growth strategy.
The Creative Director oversees client creative-related
work across the company departments and Prosper
presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee the Prosper brand and company

presentations for pitches and marketing materials
including maintaining a creative high-quality
presentation of the website, social media channels
and printed materials. The above will work alongside
Prosper marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the company produces high-quality creative

work that meets the expectations of our clients as
well as meeting the projected performance target
set for the design projects. Allowing for overseeing
design work as mentioned in the Role above, for
multiple projects at any given time. End of projects
reviews are to take place for learnings and determine
targets have been met. This will be measured by
positive client feedback and maintaining gross profit
targets on projects.
Develop and maintain client relationships, interacting
with clients to determine their needs, work with the
client throughout the process and ensure client
satisfaction with the final outcome of the project.
Stay in touch with the client for referrals and enquire
about additional work. This will be measured on
achieving repeat business, new business referrals
and testimonials.
- Work as part of the senior leadership team to make

effective management decisions for the company
vision and strategies to be realised.
The Creative Director will actively participate with
the management team in developing and delivering
the business plan and budgets of the company to be
determined at the start of the financial year.
The business plan will set out attainable targets
and on a monthly basis monitor the actuals against
forecast to determine if any actions need to be
taken to stay oncourse. This will be measured against
forecast gross profit projections on a monthly basis.
- Take the lead on recruiting design staff whilst

working closely on the recruitment process with
the Architectural Director for the design department,
setting out the rationale for the business,
interviewing, hiring and obtaining sign-off from the
Board of Directors.

DUTIES- Prepare for and actively participate in management

meetings.
- Promote a culture of innovative working.
- Mentor and nurture the creative team providing

constructive feedback and passing on design
knowledge to improve the teams abilities for seeking
out new ideas and develop innovative solutions.
- Produce project design work to the required

standards as mentioned in the above Role as
required.
- Prepare services and fee proposals for new work

including a project brief, scope of work, timeframes
and fee calculations to reflect the required outcome.
Ensure they are completed to our company format
and approved in accordance with Prosper’s
authorised sign-off limits.
The above day-to-day duties contribute to the wellbeing
of the company and are measured by the
positive attitude of the design team and the financial
health of the company. The periodic management
meetings will review the well-being of the team and the
profitability of the company to determine any actions
to be taken.

GENERAL- Keep health & safety in mind at all times.

Take responsibility for your own safety and alert/
protect others from any safety issues.
- Carry out risk assessments when necessary and wear

PPE as required for best practice.
- Abide by company policies.
- Advise the Board of Directors of any risks, wrong

doings or unlawful situations.
