You must be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise your work. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to deal with a wide range of customers in different and sometimes challenging situations, as well as being a great team player. Experience in a public facing role would be an advantage.

It is essential that you can keep detailed, concise, and accurate records of all visits and actions and be confident using a range of databases and other electronic systems.

You will receive support, training and supervision as required in this role, depending on your knowledge and experience.

You will need a full UK driving licence and access to a car while at work.
