**Lead Maintenance Engineer**

**Days - Monday - Friday**

**£40,000 + Overtime + Benifits**

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join a market leading food manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved inall aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming teamof engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

**Role Description**
- Providing both Reactive & PPM support
- Dealing with PPM Schedules
- Ensuring Machines are running to optium performance
- Mechnical and Electrical hands on maintenance
- Supporting engineering projects
- FMCG - Food

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Maintenance Background
- Engineering Apprenticeship
- NVQ Level 3 - Engineering
- Team Leader/Supervisory Experience
- Man Management
- PPM Schedules
