Stop Smoking Advisor

South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYFT) is looking to recruit a Stop Smoking Advisor to work in the Yorkshire Smoke free Doncaster service.
The service contributes towards improving the health of the local population in line with Tobacco control strategies. The service works in collaboration with local organisations and key stakeholders in raising service profile, promoting, and developing pathways into the service.
Two exciting opportunities have arisen to join our enthusiastic and motivated team who are passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of people living in Doncaster.
The post holders will work closely within a dynamic team of stop smoking advisors in the delivery of targeted and evidence-based stop smoking interventions across Doncaster City. Your based is located on Scot Lane and consists of community and agile work, which may include evening work and occasional weekend duties.
We are seeking for applicants with stop smoking advising qualifications and experience, with relevant knowledge of supporting people though a combination of behaviour change and the use of pharmacotherapy in a variety of intervention settings. You will have experience of delivering face to face, telephone, and virtual stop smoking treatment intervention or behaviour change, either on a one to one or group basis.
The nature of this role requires you to be a non-smoker and to have a current driving licence with access to a vehicle.
