**Bradwell Media is our In-House content creation studio. A unique, creative and fun environment based across 3 locations, Milton Keynes, Coventry & Bedford. A large team of Creative and Technical experts creating content for a wide array of General Merchandise, Jewellery and Fashion products. Bringing our products and brands to life and our helping our customers to make the right purchase decision based on their unique shopping mission.**

**We support all brands across the Sainsbury’s group (Sainsbury’s, Argos, Habitat and Tu), across all channels and platforms. Our Photography and Video content is a critical part of creating a truly exceptional shopping experience for our customers**.

**As our Senior Set Builder you’ll**:

- Lead, motivate and Develop a team of in-house Set Builders. Completing regular 1-2-1’s, reviews, set and monitor individual and team objectives and work on skill gaps to ensure we have the strongest team possible. Ensure relevant training is in place and requirements reviewed in line with changing business needs.
- Lead, manage and maintain levels of freelance Set Build support. Manage resource to a budget. Ensure that freelance team are performing to the standards set by Bradwell media.
- Manage the Set Build team to ensure we are setting and hitting KPIs, Stretching the capabilities and offering an excellent content solution to all stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of projects to schedule; ensuring adherence to all brand and style guidelines whilst looking of ways to minimise downtime.
- Build and maintain honest, trusting and collaborative relationship both internally within the studio and with wider business stakeholders. Actively seeking and providing feedback in order to constantly improve and move forward. Build close relationships with key teams within Bradwell and wider.
- Work closely with the internal Seniors, managers and wider production teams contributing to a positive team ethos. Act in line with and role model the company values.
- Plan & Schedule set building with key stakeholders to ensure that key deadlines are met or surpassed. Plan, estimate & procure sufficient set build materials to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget.
- Ensure that Set build projects stringently meet all Sainsburys Argos H&S guidelines.
- Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement across the Set Build team. Proactively identify areas of improvement and implement cost effective solutions.
- Ability to excite & engage a team, drive a project and be a team player is vital. As is the ability to self-manage and work alone when required.
- Computer literate knowledge and experience of using Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Set building
- Experience in quoting and building planning
- Experience managing large scale project and budgets circa £100k
- Knowledge in dealings with health & safety guidelines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing a team
- Full clean UK driving licence
