**Teaching Assistants Required Across Merseyside - circa £20-£22K (full-time - pro-rata if part-time/term-time)**

We are looking for excellent, dedicated Teaching Assistants from TA1 to TA3 TAs will work with and supervise individuals and groups of children as directed by the class teacher or senior school management. Some TA roles are 1to1 support to pupils with additonal needs. This will be in nursery and primary classes in schools across Merseyside.

The aim of this role is
- To work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction/instruction of teaching and/or senior staff in a school’s class, inclusive of specific individual learning needs,
- To enable access to learning for all pupils and assistance and support in nursery classroom management and behaviour techniques and providing specialist support in a specific curricula/resource area.

**General**

Due to the nature of work the above post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and relevant care/safeguarding legislation and appointment will only be confirmed if a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure is obtained from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), plus two references, and right to work in the United Kingdom.
