**HR Administrator - £24,000-£27,000 - Hybrid Working & Study Support**
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a rare yet exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a leading, nationally recognised business in Sutton. This role would suit someone with previous admin and/or HR experience, looking for an opportunitywhereby they are able to provide HR support and advice to colleagues. **Our client will offer CIPD study support and they offer hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.**
**Duties**:
- Maintain HR database and filing systems ensuring information is up to date and accurate
- Setting up new starters and issuing employment contracts
- Process monthly payroll
- Manage HR inbox dealing with queries accurately and escalating where necessary
- Managing cases involves maternity/paternity/disciplinaries
- Employee relation cases
Experience
- Must have office based experience, ideally with HR exposure but administration and a passion for HR will suffice
- GCSE Grades C’s and above in Maths and English
- Excellent attention to detail and able to act with discretion
- Must be willing to commute to Sutton 2 days per week
