**Summary**
As an Early Years Educator at Little Beehive Nursery, you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of young children. This position is based in our nurturing environment, where you will contribute to the development and well-being of our little learners.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development.
- Provide high-quality care and support for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting activities to meet individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's development and daily activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive team environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating nursery space.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Pay: £12.60-£12.85 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
